Living Near Camp North End
Living near a destination is different from visiting it. This guide separates the kinds of housing nearby and the questions that matter for each.

Four kinds of 'near'
- On-campus apartments — the operator lists residential options on its Live page. Leasing is handled by those communities, not by this publication.
- Nearby rental communities outside the campus.
- Privately owned homes in Druid Hills, Graham Heights, Lockwood and other surrounding neighborhoods.
- Homes in separate areas a short drive away, such as Optimist Park or NoDa.
Questions that matter more than distance
- What is the actual walking route, and would you use it at night?
- How do event nights affect traffic and parking on your street?
- Are there HOA obligations or planned construction nearby?
- What does the parcel's flood information show?
- What are the total costs of ownership — taxes, insurance, maintenance?
What we will not claim
We do not say the campus has raised any home's value, that an area is a guaranteed investment, or that an address is walkable based on straight-line distance.
